Being sick changes everything

For the last four or more years I have been so lucky to have seen so much and to be in good health. Lately things have changed and now I have been sick for two months. Something is wrong with my stomach and and lower intestines. Lost 20 pounds and I can hardly eat. Don't have any insurance and no money for doctors. That's whats happening.
